For Christmas 2024, the church donated over two dozen backpacks filled with gifts and personal items for needy children throughout Beaufort and Jasper counties.

2023 Christmas Backpack Ministry at North Island Baptist Church. Over forty backpacks donated to the Savannah River Baptist Association for needy children in Beaufort and Jasper counties.
